As Told To Zoomster... Dodge This Teleconference with Sterling Marlin and Andy Graves

Zoomster Questions by Gary Larsen:

ANDY GRAVES (Team Manager Chip Ganassi Racing with Felix Sabates)

You have to put up with many people pulling you in different directions. How do you deal with these twisting forces? Do you have a specific plan to get the most from your organization?

"Drink my sponsor's product." (laughs) "We've got plans for short term, what do we need to do the next week. Then we have a plan on what we need to do the next month. Then six months and 12 months down the road we have pretty detailed plans of what we want to accomplish and where we want to be.

STERLING MARLIN (No. 40 Coors Light Dodge Intrepid)

Patience is a tough trait in racing and in life. You seem calm with much patience. Does that describe your emotions inside also?

"It comes with age. I've been around this a long time. There's nothing you can do on Monday morning that's going to change what happened on Sunday. You go bitchin' and moanin', you just make it harder on yourself. If something happens on Sunday, there's nothing you can do about it. You just go on down the highway and come back next week."
