"We’re on the forefront of technology."

Zoomster questions from Debbie:

What do you like best about your job?

"I like the fact that we still work with the same equipment that we've worked with for a while, but we're venturing in areas that no one has ever gone before and we're on the forefront of technology. Everyday goes by, we learn something. We become a little smarter of what we do. We're doing things that no one has done before. The combinations that we use are different and we're moving forward with technology. That is the most rewarding thing we have in our sport and my position. You have to make a decision. Sometimes there are three or four good things on the table, but you have to make a decision on only one. The technology end continues to move forward, and I feel we as racers push that. That's probably the most rewarding part of my job."
