A Zoomster question from Debbie:

What do you like most about your job?

"I like the challenge. Everyday when I come into work there's a new challenge for me. It starts on Monday morning when I wake up and ends on Sunday night when I go to bed. There's something new everyday and on Sunday when it's time to make split-second decisions, that's a challenge. Meeting all the people in the garage and having relationships with Sterling and Chip and everybody involved, I love it. I've always loved racing. To be able to be successful in this sport, you have to eat, breathe and sleep it, and that's what I do."
