One of the gems in the desert for a race fan has nothing to do with sand and cactus. In Las Vegas, at the end of the strip at the Sahara Resort is one of the finest restaurant tributes to NASCAR racing east or west. I’ve been pleased by restaurants in North Carolina with a NASCAR theme that hang racing hoods from the ceiling. In Las Vegas where everything seems to assume a need to be large the NASCAR Café crosses the ambience finish line by hanging entire cars from the ceiling.

If you’re a NASCAR fan and you go to Las Vegas be sure to go the Las Vegas Motor Speedway for racing and for good food with a speedy atmosphere be sure find the Sahara Resort and the NASCAR Café.
