"Just being at the track, the smell of racing fuel"

Early this season 2004 season Zoomster.com interviewed ARCA racers Jason Jarrett, Andy Hillenburg, Andy Belmont, Christi Passmore, AJ Fike, Kim Crosby, and Shane Hmiel at the ARCA RE/MAX Advance Discount Auto Parts 200 at DAYTONA International Speedway. Their outlook may match their results throughout the year, but their answers about racing would fit a fast focus in any season. Christi Passmore shares her thoughts about racing.

"It's doing really well. We've made so much progress from this time last year to now. It's mainly with my equipment and my confidence. My confidence right now is pretty high and we've got a great racecar. We're expecting big things this year. Hopefully we can win a few and carry on from there.

"Probably just being at the track, the smell of racing fuel. It's something you miss. The winter was so long this year. Luckily we did a lot of testing so I got to stay in the car much this off-season. We're really looking forward to this year."
